This is what it looks like to show up in Calgary.
On April 30, United Way staff were at the Women in Need Society (WINS), one of many funded partners, for Day of Caring.
Together, it was part of a workplace campaign giving back to the community.
WINS supports women and families moving towards stability, tackling poverty and gender inequality.
