If you aren’t sure where to turn, you can connect with 211 by calling 2-1-1 or visit their website for more information. In addition to being available 24/7, the service is free and confidential.
211 is offered through a partnership between United Way of Calgary and Area, The City of Calgary and the Distress Centre.
