What is 211?
211 is a 24/7 referral service available in over 150 languages, assisting people who need information but don’t know who to contact. If you need financial, social, or mental health support, 211’s information and referral specialists can connect you with thousands of community, government, and social services.
This free and confidential service is made possible through a partnership between United Way, The City of Calgary, and Distress Centre Calgary.
When should I contact 211?
