Donate to United Way for the first time and your entire contribution could be matched dollar-for-dollar!
Thanks to the exceptional generosity of Patricia & Lorne Gordon, Michael & Donna Kanovsky, Michele & Bob Michaleski and Terry & Marion Poole, when you donate to United Way for the first-time, your entire donation could be automatically matched, doubling your community impact and creating a better Calgary for everyone.
The New Donor Match and Growth Match are available up to a combined maximum of $1,300,000. To be eligible for these matching opportunities, donations must support United Way of Calgary and Area’s programs and initiatives. Funds designated to other charities are not eligible to be matched.

Increase your gift this year and the growth portion of your gift could be matched!

The full amount of your donation could also be matched if you increase your gift to become a Leadership Donor ($1,200+) or a Major Donor ($10,000+) for the first time.

Maximize your impact with the Gift of Securities Match
Give a gift of securities of $1,000 or more for the first time and your contribution could be matched.
Thanks to the exceptional generosity of Rick & Deb Gallant and Phil & Francine Welch, your initial gift of $1,000 or more in securities to United Way could be matched up to $2,500 – meaning your contribution will have a greater impact to Calgarians. You have the power to create change where we live, work and play.
The Gift of Securities Match is available up to a maximum of $80,000. To be eligible for this matching opportunity, donations must support United Way of Calgary and Area’s programs and initiatives. Funds designated to other charities are not eligible to be matched.
