May 17, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Mental Health and working through uncertainty

Join the conversation with Annemarie Rued-Fraser, MSc (Registered Psychologist, The Calgary Counselling Centre) as she shares how we can support ourselves and those we care about through times of transition and uncertainty.

Checking in on your mental health and wellness has never been more timely, as the only thing constant is change, and in today’s world change appears to be all around us. Be it changes in our professional or personal life, these periods of time can leave us feeling uncertain and even lost. This webinar will highlight the importance of giving ourselves permission to go where life takes us, while also remaining true to ourselves and what we each stand for.

It is imperative that each of us has our own toolkit to help us manage day to day, and that we ensure we’re taking care of our own well-being, while also being mindful of the well-being of those closest to us.
